tingle set:
—6 base + 0 + 20 for night speed up = 26
dark set:
—9 base + 0 + 20 for night speed up + 10 for Npc scaring = 39
Phantom set:
—12 base + 30 for tier 3 attack boost + 10 for Npc scaring = 52

Turns out the phantom armor actually has a base of 24 making it better than the Hylian Armor…

radiant set:

soldier set:

stealth set:
—48 base + 30 for tier three stealth + 20 for night speed up bonus = 98
snowquill, flamebreaker, and desert voe set:
—60 base + 20 for tier two weather protection + 20 for set bonuses = 100
wild set:
—84 base + 0 + 20 for master sword beam up = 104
rubber, zora, barbarian, climbing sets:
—60 base + 30 for tier three status effects + 20 for set bonuses = 110
ancient set:
